Hemel Garden Communities was awarded Garden Town status by the Government in 2019. It is a transformative bid, going beyond the proposed 11,000 new homes and 10,000 new jobs, to ensure wider regeneration for the whole of Hemel Hempstead, focussed upon the delivery of mixed and balanced communities.
