Dacorum Borough Council has published a new five year Arts and Culture Strategy (2026-2030). The Strategy has been developed through listening to the views and interests of residents, communities and cultural practitioners, and is a key component in the delivery of the Council’s Place Strategies – supporting vibrant and desirable places to live in the context of longer term development and population growth.
Aims:
- Set out our priorities for the Council’s role in supporting
culture, creativity and heritage - Highlight how arts and culture will benefit wider priorities
- Enable the Dacorum creative sector to thrive
